FIA is a full architectural Firm with more than 3 decades of experience in planning design and construction administration of a diversified range of projects, of which healthcare and other related institutional facilities comprise most of the Firm’s portfolio.

Since its establishment in 1975, our Firm has provided our clients with the guidance and expertise necessary to achieve the successful development of their projects from the conceptual phase until the final completion.

We provide full architectural services which include schematic/conceptual design, design development, construction administration, constructing bidding assistance, construction administration and presentation renderings.

FIA works with our clients to develop their conceptual necessities into reality through a proficient Master Plan. We examine the clients needs and their existing conditions to develop a creative Master Plan that addresses all issues regarding site analysis, access, engineering elements, parking, circulation, future growth and local codes compliance.
